Blueberry Muffin Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup (frozen) blueberries
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1 1/2 cup plant based milk or 1 cup plant based milk & 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp. almond butter or peanut butter without sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp. flax seeds
- 1/2 tbsp. Agave nectar or maple syrup
- Optional: 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
Directions
