Blueberry Muffin Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients

banana
1/2 cup
(frozen) blueberries
3/4 cup
oats
1 1/2 cup plant based milk
or 1 cup plant based milk & 1/2 cup water
1 tbsp. almond butter or peanut butter without sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tbsp. flax seeds
1/2 tbsp. Agave nectar or maple syrup
Optional: 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
Directions
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
