Blueberry Muffin Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup (frozen) blueberries
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1 1/2 cup plant based milk or 1 cup plant based milk & 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp. almond butter or peanut butter without sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp. flax seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp. Agave nectar or maple syrup
  • Optional: 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
