Vegan Chickpea Tuna


•1 can chickpeas (400g), drained and rinsed
•1 small onion, chopped
•2 pickles, chopped
•1 tbsp. mustard
•5 tbsp. vegan mayonnaise
•3-4 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
•Juice of 1/2 lemon
•salt and pepper to taste


•In a mixing bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork. Add all the other ingredients and mix until well blended. •Store in the fridge until serving
