5-Ingredient Snickers

8-10 mini bars or balls


•12 dates, pitted (ca. 85g)
•3 tbsp. plant based milk
•9 tbsp. crushed peanuts (ca. 85g)
•6 tbsp.oats
•100g vegan chocolate
Optional: 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract


•In a high speed blender or in a food processor, process the dates and plant based milk until smooth. Transfer paste to a bowl and add peanuts, oats and (optional) vanilla extract. Mix very well to combine
•Form mixture into 8-10 bars or balls and place them in the freezer for about 20 minutes
•Melt the chocolate in the microwave, remove bars or balls from the freezer and
dunk them in the melted chocolate and roll them around to coat evenly
•Store in the fridge
