Pizza Dough
Makes 4 Pizzas
Ingredients
- 600 g flour
- 2 packages active dry yeast 14g
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. + more Olive oil
- 300 ml warm water
Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a big bowl, first with a wooden spoon then with your hands. If the dough is too dry add in a bit more olive oil.

Knead the dough with your hands until it becomes smooth and elastic (about 10 minutes).

Sprinkle the bowl with flour and place the dough in it. Brush over the dough with 1 tsp. of olive oil

Cover bowl with plastic foil and a tea towl, put it in a warm place and let it rest for at least 2 hours

Preheat your oven to 220°C

Lightly flour your work surface and roll out 1/4 of the dough into your desired pizza shape

Add toppings of your choice and bake in the oven for ca. 10-12 minutes or until dough is crispy
