Tofu Feta

Ingredients:

•200g Tofu
•1/4 cup lemon juice •1/2 cup water
•1/2 cup vinegar •1 tbsp. Oregano

Directions:

•Cut the tofu into cubes
•Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl, add the tofu, cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. It will taste better 1 or 2 days later
