Chocolate Granola

-400g oats
-30g sunflower seeds
-50g mixed nuts
-40g coconut flakes
-2 tbsp. flax seeds
-3-4 tbsp. raw cacao powder
-4 tbsp. agave nectar or maple syrup
-2 tbsp. coconut oil
-40g dried berries / dates / dried fruit
-Optional: 1 tsp. cinnamon


-Preheat the oven to 150°C and line a baking sheet with parchment foil
-In a large bowl combine the oats, sunflower seeds, nuts, coconut flakes, flax seeds and cacao powder (+optional cinnamon)
-Melt agave nectar and coconut oil in the microwave and pour over the dry ingredients
-Mix everything very well and spread the mixture out evenly on the baking sheet
-Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes. Stir after 10 minutes
-Cool, then stir in the dried berries before storing in an airtight container
