Roasted Red Pepper & Rosemary Pasta Sauce

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 jar roasted red peppers ca. 500g
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. flour
  • 3 tbsp. fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tbsp. dried basil
  • 1 tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tbsp. sweet paprika flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

  1. Add red peppers from the jar (without the oil or water) to a blender, along with all the other ingredients

  2. Blend until smooth and transfer sauce to a saucepan
  3. Bring sauce to a boil over high heat. Then reduce heat and cook for 1-2 minutes
  4. Season with more salt and pepper if needed and serve with pasta
  5. ENJOY
