Roasted Red Pepper & Rosemary Pasta Sauce
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 jar roasted red peppers ca. 500g
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp. flour
- 3 tbsp. fresh rosemary chopped
- 1 tbsp. dried basil
- 1 tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tbsp. sweet paprika flakes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

Add red peppers from the jar (without the oil or water) to a blender, along with all the other ingredients

Blend until smooth and transfer sauce to a saucepan

Bring sauce to a boil over high heat. Then reduce heat and cook for 1-2 minutes

Season with more salt and pepper if needed and serve with pasta
