Serves 2-3
Ingredients:
•3 – 4 handful basil leaves
•3 cloves of garlic, chopped
•1/2 avocado
•1/3 cup nutritional yeast
•1/2 cup plant based milk
•salt and pepper to taste
Optional: handful of pine nuts
Directions:
•Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and serve with pasta
