Ingredients:
Sauce:
•2 tbsp. barbecue sauce
•2 tbsp. ketchup
•1 tbsp. agave nectar
•1 tbsp. hot sauce
Salad:
•1/4 cucumber, spiralized
•1/2 carrot, spiralized
•1 tbsp. soy sauce
•2 tbsp. sesame seeds
•1 tsp. rice vinegar
And:
•200g firm tofu, sliced in half (2 tofu slabs)
•1 tbsp. sesame oil
•2 hamburger buns
•Toppings of your choice (e.g. avocado, lettuce, tomato etc.)
Directions:
•Combine all the salad ingredients in a bowl and set aside
•Heat 1 tbsp. sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the tofu slices. Fry tofu for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until nicely browned
•Put all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Coat both sides of tofu with sauce
•Top hamburger buns with toppings of your choice, tofu and salad
